Facilities
What is in the building.
The plant occupies a single site at GIDC Naroda and runs the whole solid oral chain in it — dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, inspection and packing — with the laboratory that releases the batch in the same building as the line that made it.

Quality infrastructure
The parts of a plant an auditor looks at first.
Segregation, air handling and surfaces are what separate a clean factory from a compliant one. These are the arrangements the plant is built to, area by area.
- Airlocks
- Separate material and personnel airlocks in each manufacturing areaMAL and PAL
- Controlled conditions
- Manufacturing areas at class 100,000 and class 10,000
- Air handling
- Dedicated AHUs controlling individual areasTerminal HEPA filters in the core processing area
- Surfaces
- Clean-room partitioning and epoxy flooring in each manufacturing area
- Contact parts
- CE-certified machinery, SS 316 throughout
- Water
- Loop system for purified water delivery
- Dispensing
- Separate sampling and dispensing area with stainless steel laminar air flow

Audit
Come and see it.
A plant is easier to judge in person than in photographs, and a customer audit before a first order is normal rather than an imposition. Ask for a date and a scope.
